Coaching Life Transitions
I love being a human being and connecting with all the other brilliant humans the world has to offer. I am described by friends and clients as kind, authentic, calm, wise and funny. I enjoy using deep listening, creative thinking, and questions to bring forward helpful new perspectives & insights with clients.
When not coaching you will find me sea swimming, laughing in our creative writing group, enthusiastically gardening, and reading voraciously. I’m also a wife, mom to kids and cats, migrant, community builder and friend.
My qualifications range from a Master of Philosophy, Adv. Diploma in Mental Health & Wellbeing, Dip in End-of-Life doula care, and Training & Development for adults. I am accredited as a Senior Practitioner coach by the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC).
Life: When life coaching, I welcome clients to a safe & calm space because we often discover our best selves there. I specialise in supporting people looking to make the right kind of purpose-aligned changes, to navigate challenges well, and to find clarity. I integrate mental wellbeing tools and compassion practices to facilitate sustainable growth and learning. You can expect me to reconnect you with your wise inklings and inner world. You will walk away from coaching feeling calmer, more enthusiastic and better resourced to meet your life’s challenges and unwrap life’s gifts.
End-Of-Life: Having navigated my teen years with a seriously ill parent, I am deeply committed to supporting others on similarly difficult and often lonely journeys. I focus on how we can live life well, on our terms. I assist clients with life-review and legacy projects. I also offer planning, support and information about and during end-of-life, grief and loss.
